Cerberus is a joke in DPS / Speed / Tank and everything else except for range. Its just a subpar HAC. That's why I cross trained to Gallente, now I eat Cerberus for breakfast with either Deimos or an Ishtar.

When fighting Nanos, I have to run my MWD even when the enemy is 90% webbed just to be able to keep up, as they run away at 600m/s(for cruiser sized), 1000m/s(for ceptors) WEBBED ! And if they happen to have a web themselves I'm dead. Yeah, Nan...

Again, you're looking at the wrong ship than. Try an interceptor, interdictors. HICs have specific roles that you don't want to accept.

Those setups will die SOOO fast. If you really want a mobile HIC, try the Phobos. Onyx is awesome for one thing, its ability to tank 1400+dps. Besides, with warp to 0, why do you even need propulsion?
